IMPORTANT: VAT and Import Duty for EU and UK Orders
Please be aware we do not collect or charge VAT on UK and EU or any other international orders outside of the US or Australia.
VAT, tax and other import fees including duty and brokerage fees may (most likely, will) be charged on import by the courier on behalf of customs.
These are not fees charged by Franklin Audio. They are import costs imposed by your local government. By placing an order with us you assume all responsibility for import related costs incurred.

Shipping
United States
Orders within the United States ship from our friends at MAS Distro in Virginia, Minnesota.
Orders are usually shipped the business day after the order is placed. Most orders ship via UPS Ground service, however from time to time we may need to use another but equally great service.
UPS Ground service can take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days for delivery.
International/EU/UK
Orders to outside of the United States ship from Australia with DHL Express. DHL Express service can take anywhere from 3-7 working days for delivery.
From time to time we may need to ship using an alternative carrier, but rest assured we always pick the option that is the fastest and most reliable for you.

Australia
Australian orders are shipped via AusPost Parcelpost service. Orders received before 12pm AEST (excluding weekends and public holidays) are usually shipped the same day and transit time once shipped is 1-3 business days to most regions of Australia.
Preorders
Where a product is a preorder, we sometimes choose to ship directly from Australia, so as to cut down on your wait time. If you selected DHL/UPS at checkout but your tracking number says AusPost or Sendle don't panic, it just means we sent it directly to you instead of via our US warehouse.
